Well, I was thinking about the same thing. I thought we might see it hit $100k in the next few days. However, I just saw that Bitcoin has started retracing; it's currently around $86k+ and might even go a bit lower. It could go more profound than we might be expecting if the sell-off takes off because many people took profit, but many were still waiting because they were expecting and hoping for a higher price to take profit, and now if they see it retracing back, they might start selling and that can cause a larger dip.

I must say, this was a pretty quick and surprising surge, to be honest. I wasn't expecting the price to get this close to $90k this early. I was expecting the price to hit that mark within the first couple of months in the new year, then a bit of retracement and then another surge towards $100K and above, but the market, as always, surprised us with this move.
