Liquidators are pulling out of place with Doge payments at all, users may miss the second altseason after hacking the exchange, now due to sluggishness or unwillingness on the part of the liquidators. 
That has really nothing to do with sluggishness or unwillingness from the Liquidators even yes it is sad that maybe we will be miss the altcoin season.The Liquidators hands are tied by the Law in a certain way , of course some things could have been done differently or better but at least we get something back.
As far as I understood, they should pay on NOV or DEC. Hopefully they do it before it goes down again.
Something around that time they have written that there will be starting the payback for the Coins Bitcoin and Dogecoin.But they will be announce that on the Liquidators Homepage and i guess also in form of an Email for each User who is entitled to it.
