Oh no, 'seeing Pep Guardiola get sacked'. This is crazy. Pep Guardiola has never been sacked in his 17 years in charge - an astonishing statistic given the increasing number of sacked managers and the impatience of club owners in recent years.
He has managed his perfect coach record in 17 years but it can be changed in this season or in future. No coach can manage his coach career clean as zero sack through a long coach career.

Pep Guardiola is smart and he only takes jobs at big clubs where he saw they already had competitive squads for winning titles. He is cleverly to choose time of departure and usually he proactively decides it, not wait for a sack order from his club.

It's not hard to see that Man City is weakened by the loss of Rodri. Their reliance on the midfielder was exposed last season when they lost all four games without Rodri. Injuries have weakened Man City's defense, but another factor is that both personnel and defensive formations are constantly changing.
With a lot of money spent for player transfers, it's unacceptable that Manchester City don't have enough deep player resource against injuries. Pep Guardiola can not waive out his responsibility in this issue too.

Guardiola does not blame injuries, but fans and the board should see it as an explanation for the team's decline.
Guardiola is a type of coach with lot of complaints but by working with strongest clubs, he usually has less reasons to complain when his clubs lead competitors too far and have great advantages to win league trophies.
