Will Trump fire Gary Gensler from the job as head of the SEC on day one of office like he said he would at the Bitcoin Conference in Nashville.
Imo, It's likely but might not happen. Trump made a lot of big promises during that Bitcoin Nashville a few months back and as with all politicians, he made remarks and promises and might not get to enact all of those promises when the time comes. So here are my predictions:
— Sack Gary Gensler on the first day: unlikely.
— Sack Gary some other time other than the first day: likely.
To be clear — in order to make US the capital of crypto, someone else has to be in the SEC's driving seat.
Months are needed to get the team rolling and get at problems and things that were addressed by Donald. Especially in geopolitics space.
Thus - we need to wait it out, and I don't think Gary would be the first thing on the list, definitely
