Currently i wouldn't encourage you to sell of your bitcoin portion to buy any altcoin or even sell your bitcoin for immediate profits, for now the market is surging heavily so you should hold tight maybe after next year bull run, you can sell off. It's always advisable to sell of altcoin you think that are not yielding the needful profits you think then you can sell to buy more reliable asset like bitcoin or Ethereum as you have mentioned above.
