Myself, once a week.

There's no correlation between your gambling frequency and the results you get.

I mostly bet on sports, sometime there's a week where an underdog win more than favorite, sometime there's a week with full of unpredictable results. It's random and depend on how lucky your predictions is.

Once a week isn't really bad way to go, limiting your engagement can actually mitigate the losses you might incur. Some might not be a fan of this type of gambling because they believe that gambling once a week might reduce your chances of winning which is why they prefer to gamble on a daily basis expecting that any day might be their lucky day. As we all know gambling is a game of chance and luck, reducing the time you spend on it might not actually matter but it's the best thing to do in order not to get addicted to it.
Most time when we are less busy, we tend to gamble as much as we like which is cool for gamblers that are always busy. Gambling is meant to be easy and trying our bets to make money when we are less busy. There are people that like gambling when they are busy at work which is all based on the kind of bets they are involved in. Since our major interest about gambling is to make profits consistently, it is good we always try to put more effort trying different games to see the ones we are good at. We can always gamble even when we are busy but this depends on the kind of work we are involved. In the aspects of sport bet, we can easily predict games and bet on them
