Have tried to report his Github account again with reference to this thread, I hope what is done is right to eradicate fake github accounts.
Sometimes it takes a bit and a long time for getting the Accounts on Github banned but Github will be doing it at some stage.
From my experience from the past it depends who from the support will be on it.
There was a time an year ago where they deleted the Fake Github Accounts that i reported on Github in just a few days.
Just keep reporting them and if more Users doing that the chances are bigger they delete that Fake Accounts.
