Such don't exist in my country; in fact, it's hard to even notice any form of casino machine in big shops, hotels, or clubhouses. My city is full of gambling agent shops. 
 
I don't know how well and easy it is to get to the authorities, but I will advise that for safety purposes you can send an anonymous tip to human rights lawyers who are out there to offer humanitarian services; maybe they can take the case off from them without even involving your name in it.
