There is something I don't understand yet from the whole political and economical idea of Trump ending the logistical help for Ukraine. During his campaign he has said The USA is sending money in a wasteful way to Ukraine (in the form of weapons and defense systems), but if the congress stopped the aid for Ukraine the Republican party would not do anything beneficial for the people of the USA with that money anyways, because anything related to public spending could be considered to be too "communist" or "socialist", for example: enhancing medicaid or social security.

I dont see the urgency on stopping those packages for Ukraine, if the money is not going to be used in USA. Actually, the money is more likely to be sent to Israel instead.
