OP has accepted their decision in a polite way without making a lot of drama to prove himself innocent. We should appreciate it even if he has abused the free bonus on 8bet with multiple accounts to reach the minimum withdrawal limit

I would do the same if I were in your position. We have rarely seen complaints against them here in the forum. Although it doesn't look good when a casino representative takes a long time to clarify the situation, but I would like to trust the statement of 8bet representative regarding this issue.
