Abi exercise do qesam ki ha ek jogging , cycling waghira ha aur dusra ye gym Wala ha , gym Wala ma nahe kehta buri cheex ha per es ma asal ma hota kia ha ke zyada tar larke apni body ko bnnane ke Leye ate Hain aur mukhtalif proteins ko layte ha jes ki waja se unki sehat sahe hone ki bjaye aur be khrab Hoti ha. Aur ye pehla Wala Jo exercise ha es ko ma natural ka Naam dunga q ke ye ek natural phenomena ke through hota ha aur es.ma sehat buhat zyada achi Hoti ha.

Ap sub Bhai Koshish kare ke gym se Bache aur agr koi aur Jaga avail nahe ha tu pir han jaye laikn zyata wait utane se Bache utna utaye jetna ap uta sakte Hain zyata utane ki waja se ap apni body ke sath zulam karenge aur apki sehat Kuch time ke bad khrab hona start ho jati ha.
