Can you share proof with the community? It would be helpful if you can just create a thread and write exactly what happened and how they dropped you off after making a deposit and since they are still new it would help us prevent them from continuing such activities here.

Just go to scam accusation and report what exactly happened, we have a format there - all you need to do is to screenshots and also your chat with the support and we should be able to get them to explain why they took that kind of action against you and if they are found guilty they should receive negative tags to warn others about their shady activities.
