Nothing to do with that, it's just widely assumed now that Chainalysis and governments have technology that makes them obsolete, that they can track transactions through them.
Chain analysis can't do that yet. Governments were never able to do this on their own without enlisting the help of forensic firms.
Small coinjoins can be plotted using heuristics and enough compute power, but if you have thousands and thousands of UTXOs and coinjoin with that, then it is basically impossible to crunch all of that data currently.
Even if they could, there are mixers that hand you low AML score coins sold by other people. Like Jambler.
