With his contract ending this summer, that means he will be free agent and to be fair United do not have that many great strikers. They have Hojlund and Zirzkee, both of which are such superior strikers that Amorim is considering using Rashford at striker instead. This is why bringing Ronaldo back to United would be a great move and could benefit them.

However, that wouldn't really be a great move for Ronaldo at all, much more pressure, less goals, makes it harder to reach 1000 goals, and also less money, there isn't really any benefit to Ronaldo if this happens.
