There is no way, my friend, everything must be the same type and if the network is different it will be very difficult to process, even if you contact their customer service you will also deal with additional fees which are also large in value for recovery to be returned to you.

The error is not only there, the coin names are also similar and sometimes there are also those who do not read that there is a memo that must be linked before sending. I also lost $8 when I sent one of the coins to sell to an exchange.
You do not need to deteriorate this thread. BitMaxz has answered OP question perfectly. There is no customer care to contact because the coin is sent to a noncustodial wallet and not an exchange. Only what the OP need is to enable the required network on his wallet and the coin would be seen. Also know that the BSC does not has memo required for any transaction.
