The thing with a 100k is party is that it needs to get organized after the fact. And when everything is done and the party finally takes place 100k will already be old news.

It seems to have been the case at 1k and also at 10k that Price just shot through and nobody really cared anymore about parties.
 
But if it's not just talk I would prefer a city over some remote place (like an island or so).  My picks: Vegas, Tokio, Berlin, Barcelona
