He hasn't even taken office yet. 

If Trump doesn't dramatically reduce and reform the government, I will be sorely disappointed. 

Trump is unique in that, unlike Dems, he isn't beholden to the elites.  You should be cheering the fact that he won, because it's a loss for the corrupt establishment.
