There is a market I discovered on the sportsbook and only saw once and never again

It was in the NCAA basketball category and was to do with "0.5 over or under" baskets in the first minute...and would like to make this my favorite,  anybody have an idea of how to get to this ??

Btw, any chance that Live betting will come here ??
