They may be facing one of their worst moments now this season and if they’re not able to make the best out of their current situation and allow it to continue in this manner, they may end up finishing the season with the worst result after having a great season last year and also the year before it.
It is too soon to say that the season will end badly for Manchester City. Though they might have problems now, like inconsistent results or injuries to a couple of most important players, the season is still long and this team can easily recover. Plus, don't forget that soon there will be winter break, which means that they can bring new players to strengthen the team if they need to win more trophies.
Pep Guardiola is often called a coach of the second half. Knowing him, experience, and strategy make it more than probable for him to find a way out of this situation. Moreover, the Citizens still have very good chances in different tournaments, especially the English championship and the Champions League.
