There is not a bad time to get more BTC, that's the conclusion we all can make judging by the cycles we all experience on the market after some event spikes things up with how the market and BTC behave.
For those who have a lot of money should buy, or those who have money to spare should take advantage. I have read that as long as
BTC goes up they are not going to buy, but remembering that the 4-year cycle is still to be completed and that Donald Trump has not taken power, that could mean another increase in the price of
BTC, so it is not bad that they can buy.
Holding is good, but if there are all those suspicions that it will go up more, then I would buy and if the price goes down it does not matter, I know that it will go up.
