Currently in the English Premier League table, Liverpool are five points ahead of second placed Manchester City and will now have to travel to Southampton for their next league game. Southampton are at the bottom of the league table have been able to garner just 4 points in 11 games and again Liverpool, I don't think they have a chance of getting something out of the game. Manchester City on the other side will face strong Tottenham Hotspur side so I'm asking if you think Liverpool might further extend their lead at the league standings next weekend? What's your thoughts and predictions on the two games?
I don't really think Tottehenam is strong, they are good but not that good, they are already in 10th place in the rankings, aren't Tottehenam team. They have a young center forward like Will Lankshear, but I am curious if this player can change the course of the team. Manchester City also drew against good teams this season.
The teams they drew with were good compared to Tottehenam. I am leaving out the Bournemouth match. Manchester City will beat Tottehenam, Pep will arrange something for this match.
Lest you forget, hope you know it's this same Tottenham Hotspur that eliminated Manchester City from the Caraboa Cup last month and considering the fact that Manchester City have lost their last four games in all competitions, don't you think they're currently not in their best shape and are less likely to beat Ange Postecoglou's men. For me, I think it'll be a keenly contested game and even when I have no doubt that Manchester City are the favorites to win the game, I still think Tottenham also have a good chance of getting something out of the game.
