It is unfortunate, but it is how it works, at least here in LatinAmerica.

Agree Corruption is one big problem and it is difficult to reduce.

From what everyone has shared here, Store owners, parents, and even local governments each have a role in keeping these machines away from minors. For one, store owners could do more by enforcing stricter age restrictions, to prevent kids from using these machines.

Educating kids about the risks associated with gambling can help them understand why these games aren't just "fun" and that they come with real financial and emotional risks.

It’s also clear that regulation is lacking in many areas. First the correct execution of the law could avoid this problem at all but since there is corruption this becomes in a problem even difficult.

In any case thanks to everybody for their opinions and point of view.
