I think you made a typo. I believe you are referring to Manchester United and not Manchester City.
Amorim made his decision about who wants to work with and the club supported him. I don’t think we should force staff on a manager and vice versa. Amorim has his own team, when I saw the video of him and his team boarding a flight to Manchester I knew there was no place for Ruud van Nistelrooy on that team because of how many people Amorim already had on his team.
Moreover, Amorim also respects his own team and tries not to betray them to give a place to the previous staff, I'm sure Ruud can understand it, the club must also respect Amorim's decision because if it is forced it will not be good for the club because working together also requires adaptation and chemistry.
