That's the whole thing ...

The Exchange ITSELF is not the Scam - it is the owners.

Man, I don't know how you concluded that the exchange (we are talking about garbage from this ANN) is not a scam even though the owner robbed his users. It is even questionable whether this 'unnamed' can be considered an exchange, given that most of its operational work was partially functional.
If you have sound ideas and certain solutions, there is no reason to associate yourself with the 'unnamed' scam, unless you were part of this scheme.

No Need to Insinuate ...

I have been around for over 14Years in the CryptoIndustry and Seen, Watched and Opposed (in this case also) 'Businesses' come and go, with My Self, Company and Clientelle STILL here. So I won't take any offence to Your blatant insinuation. I have dealt with a LOT worse than Your ridiculous poke.

However, the CodeBase is ALWAYS going to be the questionable entity here. No one has it, no one can see and as such, no one can forensically investigate it. The owner however, is as You say.

The Reason is simple. I want an Exchange Base We can work on that is NOT OpenSource and can be built on. Simple.

Watching this unfold for YEARS now - I simply can't understand WHY complaints are made, but nothing ever enacted. I mean - Nothing in Years. Since I don't frequent BitCoinTalk often any longer - since it has become a more a cesspool than the glorified Crypto Center it once was - I thought I would place My idea in ... and as You can see - here is the Result.

Still complaints, with almost NO ONE putting their foot forward to actually DO something - and now I have - a Kick in the Teeth by You - another Legendary, with almost nothing constructive on how to HELP the Crypto people that have been affected by this and MANY other Scams.

I'll leave it where it stands then and see if ANY ONE ELSE has a better idea.

Good Luck!
