Dude, he's just doing this "charity work" for the sake of the community. He's not an arbitrator or whatever that you must pay to do the work and he's not obliged to do anything for you.
When two parties said that you're multi-accounting, i.e., @BK8 official and @holydarkness, I guess this case is closed since these members have a proven track record.
And don't trust any other parties that said they can help you get your money back. You'll get scammed for real.
