dollar is now like ico you get in early I'm not sure this will be the big victory that you seem to think, if the EU is at war then the world may very well be entering world war 3 and nobody will have an easy time. Most American's realize that Europeans are the closest mentality to them (along with places like Australia and Canada), so if they want these allies to survive then they will be joining very soon after. At that point the currencies basically become wartime currency which is completely unpredictable and may be highly regulated as the economy transitions to fight only the war. Internet communication would also begin to breakdown and become fragmented at this stage, so any current benefits of crypto might rapidly diminish.
