That's exactly what I looked out for upon seeing the thread and just like you said replied from OP has been quite poor and this is certainly not a good approach for people to actually test out the casino , well I don't know about other gamblers here but before I make any deposits to any casino I usually check how representing the casino ANN thread is and ofcourse how responsive their representatives is because there are so many casino that one might have some issues and then when you complain about the issue it doesn't get the attention you need which is not something you welcome as a gambler trying or looking for good experience on a casino.
