I agree, if BK8 were ever going to share detailed information with the OP it would have already happened. I am not implying it happened in this case but I am in zero doubt casinos and exchanges cite every excuse under the sun when they decide to selectively scam their users. The terms and conditions the OP agreed to when he signed up to use the BK8 website means there is not much he can do even if he continues to maintain his innocence.
