You are right, there is no need to hide anything from children this days, one day you will be shocked to find out that they knew about gambling already, someone close to them might have influence them.

You are right about this. We need to educate our children about gambling. But it should be on a very basic level, I believe. If you go into deep while making them understand about it, then it will grow curiosity in the mind of the child. Then they will start exploring about it more by themselves and will be eagerly waiting to try gambling. Hence, just the basic knowledge about the definition and the merits and demerits of gambling can really help the children to understand the things better.

yahh, keeping it simple is definitely the way to go when talking to kids about gambling. You don’t want to make it sound all mysterious and exciting because that might just spark their curiosity even more and try it. Just lay out the facts in simple terms, what gambling is, how it works, and why it’s risky. Focus more on the reality of how people often lose more than they win and make sure to discuss how valuable the money is because that's important in this world

The goal should be to help them understand the difference between fun and dangerous without making it sound like some forbidden treasure, always explain. Keep it chill and relatable so they don’t feel like they need to go figure it out on their own.
