logfiles is right, when third party game providers are investigating the process can be long and when you are not given an ETA it can seem even longer. We have seen cases within the forum that have gone longer than a couple of weeks while investigations take place. From what usually happens in these cases, investigations for in-house games are completed much faster.
Casinos and gaming websites do not always explain what they are checking for but if they deem their terms and conditions have been broken, they will take degree of action. Even after their investigations have been completed they do not always provide actual evidence to suspend accounts and refuse withdrawals therefore unfortunately you will have to be patient for now.
It's unfortunate that this had to happen to you, and I know how annoying and inconveniencing it can be, especially when they don't give you any ETA. Maybe the game provider is the one carrying out the investigation and they themselves (chips.gg) are not also sure of the ETA, that's why they have no definitely answer for you.
My suggestion is that maybe you give them a little more time. Perhaps a couple of weeks and see if the issue gets resolved.
Im sorry but what? a couple of weeks? in what world would i wait a couple of weeks for no reason especially when they also dont give one? what could take them so much time to review?
I didnt break any rules so i dont know why you are saying that , also this timeframe isnt enough to check whatever there is to check? im supposed to wait untill they want? if they dont get any new info i wait untill next year?
