We all know that Arsenal is one club that finds it very hard to remain consistent with their impressive performances till the end of the season which is why they've never won the league since 2004. But for Liverpool, I don't see them suffering the same fate Arsenal have suffered in the last two seasons where they eventually finished as runners-up instead of winning the league after leading the table for a better parts of the seasons. Liverpool this season have been the best performing team in the league and I think there'll be the team that'll finally end Manchester City's dominance in the English Premier League.
That is one of Arsenal's weaknesses that is very difficult to eliminate, they always perform optimally in the middle of the season, but after that their performance slowly declines. Arsenal actually had a great chance to win the EPL trophy last season, but a mistake in one match gave Manchester City an advantage. Liverpool are very different from Arsenal, they have a winning mentality and this team has proven that they can win the title race if they attack at their best. This time Manchester City must be more careful because their rivals are no longer Arsenal.
I would say that until Arsenal add more talented players to their squad, strengthen the bench team, it will not be possible for Arsenal to win the Premier League title. The Premier League is very competitive. Every point is very important here. Because several teams compete for the title. So when we lose a point in a match, we see the teams changing in the points table.
In the last few seasons, we have seen Arsenal fighting to occupy the top spot of the table. But Arsenal is not able to continue its performance until the end of the season. Whenever any player in Arsenal's squad gets injured, Arsenal's overall performance falls. Arsenal's performance is not stable. And Arsenal loses points. We can see the same thing happening again in the last 2/3 seasons. And this season Arsenal has faced the same problem. So if Arsenal want to win the title, they need to add more talented players to their squad.
