It is quite a popular things for gamblers to gamble away their balance during investigation with only their withdrawal feature being locked, and there was previous case where the casino deliberately did that to "persuade" their users to gamble away their winnings.

Shady? Yes. But ultimately the gamblers shared a blame for such cases like this as they are the one who choose to gamble away their balance.

Sad as I feel to see the case the case has to be "resolved" this way, there is not much we can pursue, so maybe please lock this thread to "finalize" the complaint and to keep it from spam post?
