I have to admit that it's been ages since I accessed my freebitco account [that I even have to reset my password since none of my usual works, LOL] and I am clueless about what to do with situation like this, but have you perhaps tried what this user do?
For a week until now, my deposit is not credited automatically.
I always fill out the contact form on FAQ menu to request a deposit check and the deposit will be credited after 24 hours.
This is very strange
I deliberately try to login [after ages] to see where that "complaint form" is. It should be on their "FAQ" section, scroll down a bit to "how can I contact you?" section
