What Ruben Amorim did was very appropriate because he certainly had analyzed the factors why Manchester United often failed to be consistent every season. Maybe some people will consider Amorim a little selfish for his decision not to involve Ruud van Nistelrooy and a number of staff, but if seen from the positive side Amorim has started a good decision and wants to maximize this opportunity purely under his system.
Well it seems so. Because of course Ruben Amorim has his own way and he definitely wants to focus in his own way without having to involve others who could disturb his focus. Because not everyone can get along with each other. And I'm happy because Ruben Amorim seems like a firm person and yes, even though he is young, I think his potential as a talented coach has really been visible since now.
I just hope he's not a selfish coach. Because at Man United I think this club needs a coach who can really approach the players in a good way. Because we know Man United is full of talented players and the coach's job here is to enable these players to maximize their abilities and ensure everything can come together and create good chemistry. Ruud has set a pretty good example and I hope Amorim can set the same.
