Natural Health & Wellness Centre - South Africa - Investment Opportunity
I am currently in custody and care of 22 Hectares of land in a beautiful area in South Africa.
It is located +/- 35km outside of a major city, located in a valley with a beautiful green lush view of the the mountain edge. A small river passes through the area, although not always running, with wildlife including various buck, wild cats, monkeys, incredible bird life etc. The ground was once used "many years back" for cattle and fruit tree plantations. The area has now, for many years not been used, but still has some of the infrastructure in place.
My vision for the area is to build a Health a wellness escape for people to experience the joy of a very natural environment. I am currently studying to be a Holistic health practitioner "Christian" and pursuing certification from an Institute in The US.
My desire is to setup a consulting office on the property with some rondovals and facilities for people to get back in touch with nature, while providing real natural health services.
My passion is helping people regain their full health back, via natural means, including using natural forms of lighting "NO led lights", naturally grown food from healthy ground, with some livestock for milk, food etc, all done the natural way God intended it to be.
I was given a vison of what this place could be and am opening the door for a silent partner to join me on this journey.
I have been married for over 22 years and have a young son and a year old daughter. My wife does homeschooling and I do various work, with one of my other passions from a young age being IT, Electronics & Solar System installations.
I am an avid reader of medical journals, alternative medicines etc for many years and would like to now move permanently into that field.
I am also an avid lover of Truth and Scripture and have had a particular portion placed on my heart :
Romans 4 : 3 to 9 - Abraham believed God
Romans 4 : 20 to 21 - Fully persuaded that God had the power to do what He promised.
I am an old fashioned Christian, attending a small church.
In my household we do not use any social media platforms / apps etc and think of a phone as something to make phone calls with.
We love interacting with people on a one on one basis, forming real connections with those around us and have stood on 1 Thes 4 : 11 - Seek a peaceful and quite life...
As a family we have gained so much insight and reward from this, with much love for one another, and would like to share this life with people seeking a healthy, blessed life filled with all the goodness and blessing that our Father has provided, including that peaceful and quite life.
