Fairspin reserves the right to apply the KYC verification rules anytime. It could be on the first withdrawal, and on any amount. You should have prepared for it as you have accepted their terms during registration. I can see that they are asking to submit the identity documents, liveness check and a phone call in the KYC verification process. These aren't really uncommon, but I know it is frustrating when a casino force to complete the KYC verification on such small withdrawal.
