Holy shit!!! That's a cold blooded words by Palmeiras President. I must admit he said about the truth here.
Literally, he indirectly said that Neymar was finished, and no club would open the door for him to join.
To be honest, Neymar was always injured ever since he moved to the PSG, and it still continues till now. Perhaps a club could offer him a place to join as long as he agreed with the pay-per-play agreement.
