We need to do everything we can to get them to solve the problem. And if they don't, let all users know that they are real scammers.... 
Everything that can possibly be done has been done, the representatives of this casino are inactive and i don't think there is any hope of them becoming active again. I don't know if this casino is still alluring new players, because it really shouldn't with all the problems they have been having for sometime now, and for the old players, they should withdraw their funds if they can and look for another reputable casino to gamble.
