do not give anyone your seed phrase and do not enter it into any unknown/by Bitcointalk unvetted applications!It is basically the "password" to get into a wallet. Which wallet that is, depends. There are wallets for Bitcoin and other types of cryptocurrency.
I have never heard of "Rai Blocks" but I read on their Reddit that they rebranded themselves to Nano 7 years ago.
