Good to know that you have the seed phrase at least you are one steps closer to your coins, but first you have to be careful and never give out you wallet seed phrase to anyone, even someone close to you, all I can advise you to do is to calm down, take a step and watch some YouTube videos on how to recover your wallet using the seed phrase.

Keep trying on your own and if the wallet seed phrase are correct, you will be allowed access to the wallet with the right apps, but first you need to watch a lot of videos and practice alot, this way you are secured instead looking for help from anyone which can lead to your seed phrase exposure to criminals.
