It depends of the exchange selected if I'm not wrong. By the way, some of them will never require KYC or SoF (like eXch).
That's exactly right. Some services may end up requiring info from you. For those services we always have a warning on the results page.
Additionally, if you're only interested in services that promise not to ask for KYC you can filter the results down using the link on the top right which reads "Show only never-KYC" or append "?kyc_policy=never" to the results page URL, like so

OrangeFren.com is a directory with a search function. Our closest competitor would probably be
kycnot.me, although we partner on a lot of projects and serve slightly different needs. We might actually list AtomicDEX at some point.
