This victory is a revival of the Indonesian national team after consecutive defeats in previous matches, Saudi Arabia is one of the strong teams in Asia but the maturity of the strategy applied by Shin Tae Yong in the match was able to overcome every attack built by Saudi Arabia, I think the solid defence of indonesia today is an important factor that made them win and different from their previous matches, ferdinand became the hero of indonesia victory today with scoring 2 goal in the match and I hope he can continue to maintain his performance in the next matchs, the first 3 points won by indonesia now makes them temporarily climb to position 3 of the group C standings.
The outcome of the game came as a surprise to me. Saudi Arabia is highly regarded in Asia and they were able to hold Australia to a draw in their last game.
