On my way to school today..I came across a man that slumped and died instantly on the road.. People said he might be going through depression..I want to know what causes depression and how to deal with it..
Depression could be as a result of disappointment, loneliness and frustration. Many people feel depress when they are betray by a trusted person or when things are not working in their favour as planned but in all it's advisable to resist depression of all kind irrespective of the circumstance surrounding it. There is need to have faith and perseverance.
