Even if Man City fails this season it is not entirely Pep's fault because of the injury situation experienced by Man City which caused the team's performance to decline.
This has been a slightly tougher season for Pep Guardiola and losing important players in the team due to injury has made it difficult for him to win matches. The four consecutive defeats that were obtained seemed hard to believe because last season they played much stronger. To defend the title feels difficult because Liverpool appear much stronger and Chelsea and Arsenal will definitely try to take over Man City's position in second place.
