I received the funds on my balance, I immediately put them on the withdrawal, and in 8 hours they came to my address. I am happy that everything was resolved for the better. 
Good to know. This means they are doing their best but somehow the system is a mess and they are having difficult time. Hopefully they will fix the issues and run the operation smoothly again.
