This is a tough one to predict even though Milan are having hard days recently.
If it was going to be played in Turin then I would say Juventus would get ahead and take advantage of their solid defense.But at San Siro, I think anything can happen. Milan have a very vulnerable defense though. That's why I might prefer BTTS @1.87 instead of betting on a side.
Milan looks bad in defense but sometimes at one time they can be solid too on the other hand Juventus shows a solid defense but the attack line does not go according to Motta's wishes. I think if both teams appear with their best performance betting on BTTS is worth considering the odds are quite good.
Roma has just changed their manager you know. Ranieri has been appointed for the job after a short journey with Juric. This could reflect on the players positively. However we can't still overlook Napoli's rise after Conte has arrived. I still feel like it is worth taking the risk by betting on Napoli @1.76. The odds are tempting. 
This match will be held at Napoli's home ground so betting on them is the right choice besides that because 3 points are a must for Conte's troops in order to maintain their top position Napoli will definitely play all out.
