I think he should get more because there are no better teams that he can coach and they'll be willing to spend like the way Manchester city are allowing him to spend. He's also in the premier league and this is the best league in the world. If he goes elsewhere, he won't be getting attention as he's receiving as it's due to he's coaching in the premier league and dominating so many individuals consider him one of the best managers for not only coach in the premier league but worldwide. Pep Guardiola still has alot of unfinished business at Manchester city too as he's yet to win them as much trophies as he could with the squad and financial support that he has.
Like you said the Premier league is the best league in the world and it more competitive, there is a very high media attention and alot more, so probably there is the reason pep is still with Manchester city but for you to say he has an unfinished business I don't think I agree with you on that, he has practically won everything there is to be won at Manchester city. He currently sit second in the league and it very early to rule him out that he can't win the league. If he should win it it will be the 5th in a row, that definitely going to be mind blowing. Whatever decision he decide to take weather to leave city or stay I don't think he still have anything to prove in the Premier league again.
I think Pep Guardiola has done enough for Manchester City, you think it is easy to win 4 EPL title in a row, he has done a lot for the team making among the most fearsome team in the world. Though I think Brasil may be able to sway him to move to the National team, if he is really in need of a new challenge since he has won everything with the City team.
I wonder what is his drive is to remain with City even after all these accomplishments, though now they are having more law cases but I hope he is still the manager when all this is over and help to strengthen the club after everything has been rectified before leaving.
I truly stand by you, pep guardiola have archived everything to be achieved in the Premier league, and winning the premier league four times in a row is something no manager have done yet in the history of premier league and I think it Going to be a record that will never be broken or even take decades to be broken. So maybe if he consider taking a national team job it will be more adventurous for him only that it will find it a bit difficult because you can't make transfers in the national team so he might face challenges.
