I think the best thing the management needs to do right now is to reduce the pressure of the shoulders of Pep Guardiola and let him do his board work, it is not later for him to bounce back and win the English Premier League title which has become their bath right.
I see Pep as the kind of manager that loves the pressure. If you look at his history at Man City, he always becomes better when things get very tough. We've seen his team struggle for the first half of the season then go ahead to win 17 straight games in the next year. this current form is not new. In the last 2 seasons, Arsenal topped the table till Man City took over a few games to the end of the season.
The same thing has happened when Liverpool were leading, so the same thing can happen this season.
The good news is his injured players are coming back and if they stay fit, Pep has a very big chance of winning the league. I wonder why people still write him off.
