I don't think any manager likes to be under pressure, they all want to be on top. but only a few managers are able to handle the pressure and get back on top, and Pep is one of them.
And soon Man City will face Tottenham, in the midst of the storm of injuries that occurred, of course this will be a tough match for Man City. But as you said, it's quite fortunate because in the match on November 24th, two main defenders can return to play, namely Ruben Dias and J Stones, and one midfielder, J Grealish. because at least with the return of these 3 players, this can strengthen Man City's defense which in the last few matches was so fragile and so did Man City's midfield which had a little problem in providing the flow of the ball to the attack line.
I am not undermining the brilliance and success of Pep Guardiola because what he has achieved in club football is what so many managers would dream to have done but the mention of pressure I don’t think Pep has ever been under the pressure to manage a team, he has just been obsessed with winning and nothing more, most of the clubs he managed he was definitely able to put together many good players due to his own experience and also the backing from the club which is finance.
Throughout Pep Guardiola time at Manchester city he has been having more than two great players in each position for the club and when other teams were battling Injury crisis he was bossing the league with his large squad depth, what many saw then was that the other clubs weren’t tactical good as Pep but right now he is in the same mix with injury crisis and having lost four games already in row I will say I am most anticipating how Pep will pull through from this although the arrival of some injured players are going to be a boost for him.
