, I haven't check it though I hope it doesn't fall on same date with Barcelona...If Bayern stay relaxed they might get beaten, PSG needs the point to make it out of their current stage and they will do everything to fight for it , Bayern is also having something similar though but they can still maintain their status... everything will be known that day but the fact that PSG is going to Bayern is another worries
On the one hand Bayern will never dull the match because Kompany wants to use this match to start back his winning streak and end the recent poor performances.
Bayern will face Shakhtar, Feyenoord, Slovan after PSG. PSG will face Salzburg, City and Stuttgart
I would say that Bayern is in a much better situation and they can afford to make a couple of mistakes and still end up in the playoffs. But PSG has big problems - if they lose to Bayern, then every game will be like the last one and it is far from certain that PSG will be able to get the required number of points.
... Although, City are not in their shape but they could be full of surprises, don't know about the other two opponent but UCL is not for the weak anyways 
it's gonna be a tough journey if they actually want to climb up..
